Competition: guess the date that the groups system is going to be unleashed! @_@ (just comment here with the date in the format {month} {day} e.g. July 4th)

Someone who knew the password changed it, but they reset it for me now. (Thanks for that! ) Plus I've changed it again. I believe it was changed as a kind of "lesson" about leaving the club inactive for a while. Fair enough, I guess, but I would have preferred it was mentioned directly to me rather than being expressed in this way, but all's well that ends well. x3

Anyway, with the groups system, there is no password like for personal accounts (like what they are now). XD So it would prevent this thing from happening again - what happens is that someone is declared the owner of the account, and that person grants usernames different levels of authority. So people can change the club account while logged into their personal account.

But the MOST upsetting thing is that the help desk wasn't helpful in this case. :/ I mean, how is telling me "that's why we advise people to not share their passwords" the LEAST bit helpful when it's a CLUB account? I would have expected more professionalism from dA. Hi everyone!

As you MAY have noticed (lol) the club has been inactive for a while. I (=dazza1008) suddenly got very busy and I'm really sick at the moment with a fever/chest cold/aches and pains so I'm going to have to log off really soon before I get worse.

Which brings me to the next point - I don't think it's a good idea if the club is solely reliant on one person updating it because things can happen, so if anyone wants to help out the club by becoming a Wammy helper or even a full-blown club mod, let us know. ^^ And if an existing mod wants to be active again, that would also be appreciated - just read the Wammy Helpers instructions and also see how the recent devs have been uploaded, because things have changed.

On that note, I've completely revamped the Wammy Helpers instructions. Check it out! [link]

Remember, you don't actually need to do that much - five minutes a week is PLENTY. (really!)

Just to clarify - dA IS developing a club system and it will be released SOON. And you CAN convert existing accounts to a club account. (Before, I was saying that club accounts would have to be started from scratch, which is incorrect - I had been told the wrong thing, or they changed their mind in the meantime. Anyway, that was why I was apologising before)

You Know You're An L Fan...

_{when you start buying "Elle" magazine only because you've watched Death Note. (thanks for the inspiration, ~CrazzyDreams!) if you can draw L's font without using a reference (i.e. buying a whole lot of Gwen Stefani's perfume)(=dazza1008) when you use being an L fan as an excuse to have messy hair, pig out on sweets, and wear daggy clothing.... and people accept that reason. (=dazza1008) when you become allergic to socks. (~Sweet-L-0ve) when you *forget* to sleep. (~Sweet-L-0ve) when you incessantly suck on/chew your thumb. (~Sweet-L-0ve) when you psychoanalyse your friends by percentage. (~Sweet-L-0ve) when you really wish the bags under your eyes were more prominent. (~Sweet-L-0ve) when staring at people from a short distance constitutes as 'gathering evidence'.
